The boiling temperature of the liquid decreases as the pressure decreases. Vacuum distillation allows the separation of heat-sensitive compounds, with a high boiling point or easy to break down without heating to the point of damaging the product, while reducing the heating energy.

Position of the pump in the system.

After the tower is the product steam-stop tank; the vacuum pump should only suck continuous air with the same amount of solvent steam remaining.The good cooling stop tank means that the steam load into the pump is small, vacuum is deeper and less solvent is dispersed into the environment.

Use your lips as a fluid.

When the solvent dissolves in water or pollutes water, the solvent can be used as the ring liquid in the closed circuit. The condensed solvent in the circuit is recovered, does not produce waste water containing the solvent; the coolant keeps the ring temperature below the boiling point at working pressure.

Avoid invasion in the foot pump.

If the suction pressure drops close to the saturated vapor pressure of the ring fluid, the foam forms and breaks in the compression chamber, causing noise and corrosion. Additional air supply valve (bleed) on the suction line and the vacuum controller will keep the pump in the safe working area.
