Filter vacuum in mining and metalworking.

Vacuum filtering is the process of separating water from mineral mud, coal mud, gypsum or metal hydroxide.Popular equipment includes disc filtering, rotating barrel filtering and conveyor filtering; vacuum pulling water through the filtering fabric, leaving the filter bag with low humidity.

Number of work.

Unfiltered legs usually a few dozen kPa under atmospheric pressure, large gas flow as the air passes through the porous filter wheel. The pump capacity is determined by the filter area, the permeability of the filter wheel and the cycle time.

Separate the pump.

The filter and gas flow together out of the equipment, so the filter separator (or pressure vessel) is placed in front of the vacuum pump so that the water is not sucked into too much.

• The fine mineral dust in the suction gas wraps the pump wing and creates mud in the ring liquid: using a filter, drain the bottom and water sealing clean.
• Hard or high-sulphate water produces CaCO3/CaSO4 deposits: the chemical must be softened or sprayed.
• The acidic environment in color metallurgy requires corrosion resistant materials.

Reserve and reserve.

The large recruitment plant uses multiple large-capacity pumps running parallel to each filter; there should be backup pumps and rotating maintenance so as not to stop the entire line.
