De-gassing in the production of plastics, paint and polymer

In the production of plastics, paint, glue and polymer, vacuum type soluble gas, solvent vapor and monome residue from vacuum products, both improved quality (no foam, less odor, correct viscosity) and both meet the regulations on volatile.

Three different mathematics.

• Discharge and discharge:suck air and foam from the mixer, usually only medium vacuum.

Foam and substance.

The mixer easily flows into the suction line; the foam traps and vacuum valves are slowly opened to avoid pulling the product into the pump. The fluid ring pump can withstand small amounts of fluid pulling along, better than the dry pump.

Recovering the lips.

Put a stopper in front of the pump to evaporate the solvent, or use the solvent as a liquid in a closed circuit with a coolant.This reduces the dispersion of the solvent and avoids wastewater contamination with the solvent.

Choose materials and waste.

Lip solvents such as toluene, xylene, ester can destroy some elastomers and debris; it is necessary to select the appropriate debris material (FKM, PTFE, SiC debris) and check the chemical compatibility board.
